Milenium Inc. began with one mission: to build the infrastructure that powers tomorrow’s connectivity. What started as a single directional drill in 2008 has now evolved into one of the most capable infrastructure partners for Internet Service Providers nationwide.
In 2008, Milenium Inc. was founded by Samuel Herman, who began offering underground utility construction services for emerging ISPs throughout the Tampa, Florida market. With a small workforce and a single drill, the foundation for long-term growth was formed.

Seven years later, demand accelerated. Milenium expanded to a fleet of 8 directional drilling crews, working across the Midwest and Southeast U.S. The organization quickly became known for reliability, speed, and quality production in high-volume ISP construction.

To support turnkey field services, Milenium launched its Fiber Pulling Division, allowing clients to consolidate underground construction and fiber placement under a single provider.

In 2019, Milenium added full-scale Fiber Splicing Operations, providing testing, final activation, restoration, and network turn-up services. This positioned Milenium as a fully integrated delivery partner rather than just a construction contractor.

With growing ISP demand for hybrid deployments, Milenium opened its Aerial Construction Division, adding pole work, strand installation, aerial fiber placement, and make-ready capabilities.

By 2025, Milenium began delivering full design and engineering services, now offering network delivery from initial drawings through final light-verification.
This expansion positioned Milenium to support ISPs from concept through completion.

By 2026, Milenium expanded operations to service over 18 states, delivering full design and engineering services from initial network planning through final light verification.
This growth positioned Milenium to support ISPs with end-to-end network delivery across multiple markets.
